Brothers and Sisters,

Last months General Meeting marked a huge first for Local 191.  After months of work, we were able to hold our first simulcast general meeting where members were able to be present and participate at our halls in Marysville, Bellingham and Wenatchee simultaneously. At this meeting, a vote was made to change the start time for the general meeting from 5:30pm to 6:30pm on the second Monday of every month.  Our first meeting at the new time will be this coming Monday, December 9.  I look forward to seeing as many members as possible both in person in Marysville and via Zoom from Bellingham and Wenatchee.  Please also be aware that the simulcast General Meeting does not replace or change anything with the various Unit meetings.  Units will continue to meet at their regular times and places unless they vote as a unit to do otherwise.

Update 12/16/2024:  The Mount Vernon Unit has voted to suspend the unit meetings indefinitely.  There will be no unit meeting in Mount Vernon in January.
