As all the moving parts from CIR fall into place I wanted to let everyone know about the timeline for the Qualstar deductions.  While the contract is effective June 1, 2025, both IBEW Local 191 and NECA Cascade Chapter recognize that implementation takes time. Therefore, the expected start for this new process is for July hours reported in August (or first payroll in July), giving contractors and members time to distribute and return the forms.  We appreciate everyone’s patience as we move through the process and get all the bugs worked out. We will start attaching forms to dispatches approximately June 20, 2025.  For those of you that are currently employed, there is a form posted on the Dispatch tab under the Forms folder.  If your employer doesn't provide one for you, please print this form, fill it out and make sure they have it before the week of June 23, 2025
